In addition to understanding your stress response, including biological reactions and cues, you will gain balance in five key areas, increase your emotional capacity and awareness, learn diaphragmatic breathing and body scan exercises, back to basics technique, and more.

In addition to your sessions, tools can be accessed through a personalized app via my site and we customize app resources that you can access anytime. You will develop skills that produce concrete, immediate, and lasting changes.
